hard to believe summer is already halfway OVER! time is just flying by!

this month – July 26th – Scott and I will be celebrating four years together. sometimes it seems like it has been way longer than that and sometimes it seems like it can’t possibly be that long already. it’s been an interesting road so far – only getting better with time – so I’m looking forward to another four years and then some. we’re still planning on the wedding next year – October 2010!! keep an eye out for the save the date cards!

Next month – August 15th to be exact – we have a professional family photo shoot scheduled with my best friend and awesome photographer – Kristen Caldwell. She did the phenomenal pictures from Patrick’s first birthday and another photo shoot right after Patrick had started walking — I had a canvas made from that shoot which hangs in our office and I get comments on it constantly!

In September we’ll be heading back down to W. Va. for Labor Day weekend! We have a wedding to attend and the Cutlip Family Reunion. should be a fun-filled weekend – and hopefully we’ll get to catch a sunset on top of that great big mountain!

it’s been rainy here the last few days with some pretty heavy duty thunderstorms. he was at Nana’s house Saturday and it was thundering and lightening – Nana tells him the angels are bowling when he hears the thunder. his response to her? “well they need to knock it off already.” HAHAHA!!! what a little cutie — he cracks me up. definitely has his father’s sense of humor!
